I'm super glad this got recommended to me, cause I can't get enough Battle Network. BN3's soundtrack is still so amazing to me and Alpha was an awesome final boss.
I’ve only ever played Battle Network 6 Cybeast Gregar. It’s so amazing watching the game and hearing the soundtrack evolve over the course of the games. Even without having played the prequels, I remember this game fondly because of its story and the remarkable build-up towards the final boss. I had a chance to replay this game recently after dusting the ol’ gameboy and boy did it give me chills with the gauntlet on the way to Gregar. Simply brilliant is what this game will always be for me.
I can’t wait for MegaMan Battle Network Legacy releasing next year. Funny thing is that I went online searching high & low for all the MMBN GBA series & I finally completed my collection. Gonna start from MMBN1 & work my way up. The only MMBN game I haven’t played was MMBN6. I never knew they came out with 6 until a few years back.
You’re in for a real treat then cause it’s the best game in the series albeit the easiest. But do keep in mind what version you play, cause they cut a good amount of content out of non Japanese copies of the games (chips, bosses, internet areas)
Indeed, those cut contents are my main worry about the English compilation. If they're just going to glue together the games without restoring all the lost contents, I think I'll just ignore it. And this is on top of the compilation only having the main 6 games, from what I've heard, though having said that, I only remember two of such spin-offs, and while one is a platformer and thus I'd love to give it a try, the other is a bit too passive in style to my liking.
@@chrismason1530 nah, the 3 first final bosses are easier alpha omega is considered really hard but honestly i won on my first try so that was something
@@ChrisTheKid_01 i would like to buy them separately (all of them are on the Wii U eShop), however, i can change my mind if in the collection would have Star Force 1,2 and 3.
I hate to see how easy Alpha looks in this video. I beat that thing yesterday and it took me more than 30 minutes because my chips seems to be the worst I could have had against it. They were mostly swords and time bombs, meaning that at least 12 of my chips didn't have range enough to hit Alpha, and the Time Bombs would do damage but only if I was lucky enough for Alpha to not use his guns or beam because that somehow takes space in the map, making the bomb explode without damaging it (plus the fact that I had to buster his core open before the bomb exploded while also dodging its attacks) On top of all that, Alpha's beam destroying the floor was a massive pain because the chips that I could still use were all chips that had to be used from the middle of the stage (StepSword and similar stuff), and it would destroy that part of the stage all the time, and I didn't had anything like the floating shoes equipped either
Respect for megaman exe posting but watching that life virus fight was painful. At 6 6 6, the buster has dps aproaching a raw infinite vulcan. You really do break shield and mash and it just works.
Yeah sorry for the garbage gameplay. I really haven’t played since I was a kid so I was winging for most of these fights. It’s why Falzar I didn’t realize you can’t PA twice in the fight. I was dumb, again sorry 😣
Honestly it’s kinda cool. I wonder lore wise if Gospel was based off the Cyber Beast. He must have been so like it’s pretty interesting BN2 may have planned Gospel being based off Gregar on BN6. But I’m just speculating 🤗

I think they been holding the Battle Network collection because they got double version from 3-6 and they wil try to figured how to exchange chip between the two versions. I’m pretty sure they that people want it for a long time even if they decide to make Nintendo exclusive
Wait... during the Falzar fight why didn’t the LifeSword PA trigger the second time? As far as I know there shouldn’t be anything about PA’s only triggering once and you can use other chips with PA’s just fine...
