Hi guys , just a bit of a warning I purchased a New Balance bat in the end of January this year and in the price range it really was the best piece of wood i could get ( is a scam) , unfortunately the workmanship on the bat is extremely poor . The grip basically doesn't fit the bat properly so it just slides up the handle massive amount , the stickers are peeling off ,along with the protective cover . So although I thought it was a good piece of wood it really is not . With the cover just peeling off ( despite not even being used ) its as though oots lost its tension and that ping it had is gone aandthe is a hand shocking PLONK . I can now see the front of the bat and i dont quite get it but its brown , and even odder than that , the colour on the front is darker than the colour on the back , im even questing if this even english willow , who knows maybe these geniuses just left the bark on . if you are looking to buy a bat , stick to the established guys , its obviously a bit trickier to make a bat then what these guys thought . In addition to the bat being total crap there after sales service is just as poor . I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw a " rate the service" survey thing in my inbox i was thinking how dumb are these twats , but unfortunately I just got screwed again . After Spending about close to 30 minutes filling the crap in , the send option doesn't work . Anyway , at least dodge the bat like you would the plague , in fact im dodging anything with the New Balance name on it , running shoes and all . Well you been warned , if you dumb enough to buy one well then the jokes on you
