Would love to see you do one video with a range of the more boutique bats you have such as Hunts County (personal favourite bat brand) WCW, Salix, Keeley and would be rude not to do Chase as it's pretty much next door!
Hi Iain - We have already done Chase :) We would love to do the boutique brands - but to film these videos we rely on the manufacturers sending us samples to use.

Hunts are one of it not the best value for money brand about when you see what you get from them at the price. I've never picked up a bad one of their and anything made by them, in particular Tony before he retired, is a joy to play with

I get the impression you both prefer this years NB bats over the other brand videos? Be interesting to see if there is a Top 5 Bat Video later in the summer….
Can you please do a video on difference between oval handle and round handle bats and what it brings into batting? or just comment the difference when playing with it.
If i may, when you describe the bats, show us the sides! Dont keep on displaying the face or the back of the bats. It doesnt reveal that much watching from here. The sides-the spine,the sweet spot, the toe size. Those matters the most. I prefer bats which have a low sweet spot and a thicker toe like the kookaburra ghost, if you know what i mean

I’ve never had a good bat still a kid I’m 13 years old size 6 bat and I still have to borrow all the time a new bat would be so good for me as a opening batsman /keeper

hi guys , very disappointed in both the New Balance bat and that company . I bought that bat in January this year for the youngster and wow what a let down . The actual bat , ie the wood , the pick up and the feel was really good , however everything else is just falling apart . Its as though they got SpongeBob to do the finishing touches on the bat , Firstly im convinced the grip is the wrong size for the handle , if you not careful after a few good knocks you will be left holding the rubber while the bat goes flying through the air . The stickers and protection cover are also peeling off and because and because of that , the nice ping the bat once had is now gone . its utter rubbish . The only thing still stuck on the bat is the toe protector , but i wouldnt put any money on that lasting to long . In summary , stay away from the New Balance bats , im sure the shoes etc will be good , thats what they do after all , but making bats im afraid is a bridge too far for them . I definetly wont ever buy one again , rather stick to the tried and tested .. This thing is now a massively expensive paperweight . think i might just chuck it on the braai ( BBQ ) one day , just waiting for the stupid cover to totally fall off Thanks guys , still loving the show . keep them coming
I would have DC bat, Heritage+ gloves and Burn+ pads.
Na with NB you need to match 😊
Steve Smith uses the Burn bat now in the Ashes, but I love the DC bat. He hit a lot of sixes in the Big Bash in January
he doesn't use the burn, he just uses the DC 1280 except with blue stickers
