My fave are Ricky Camilleri whose questions are always on point, her and Matt Forte (though his enthusiasm for some of the stuff he's moderating is sometimes grating)
@@avarageplayer200 I think she did an amazing job not fan girling out and asking real, pertinent questions which kept the flow of the interview natural and on the storyline. She was quite well versed. It sounds like you're the racist sir.
I have the utmost respect for these actors. They've embraced their characters so beautifully and love the fans equally. Thank you Sam, Caitriona, Sophie, and Richard. Amazing people.
By far an interview with one of the best flow of Q&As. The interviewer did such a beautiful job asking fantastic questions that just got the ball rolling so effortlessly. Made all the cast at ease. They all had the opportunity to talk about their characters and their experiences. Enjoyed this a lot!
Very good interview, intelligent interviewer, good questions, I didn' t feel awkward for them as I often feel when I watch other interviews with Outlander cast.
Best interview of all I've seen on TV this week. Thank you Build for giving the cast the respect they so deserve! Excellent actors and cast to have given these characters life!
This interviewer is wonderful! She's so on top of it and let's things flow easily, but never drags. Her questions are thoughtful and kind. I was really impressed by her, and wish all interviewers were like this.
Claire and Jamie are indeed the sexiest Grandparents in TV History! These actors really GET IT. Bree and Roger have INTERNAL issues.....Jamie and Claire have External ones. But I love contrasting their relationships.
I'm a city girl, but for a relationship like the one between Claire and Jamie, I would totally go back in 18th century and live without electricity, running water, internet, etc.
Firstly, I'd like Richard to read me the phone book. Like all the time. His voice is very soothing. And this interview was so good. Well put together and flowed well.
Big fan of Outlander and this is hands down one of the best interviews I have seen. I love the depth these actors bring to the characters and love seeing how comfortable they are together. I also want to say, that I didn't feel Sophie as Brianna or Lauren as Marsali at first, but they have really grown on me and now I just adore them. Well done girls! Thanks for taking the time to give us a break down of this season, looking forward to many more! ❤
This is a very good interview with the cast. I really enjoyed this. The host is so respectful with asking questions and listening to the answers. Even the transition between questions. Well done. Thank you.
Being a fan of the Outlander books & TV series, I do believe these actors have been perfectly cast in their roles. That being said, as pretty as Sophie is in person, she is even prettier as a redhead as depicted in the show. Die your hair Sophie, it looks so, so natural on you! Great interview with everyone!
Wonderful interview! The host allowed them to share without trying to drive so much of the conversation. More intimate with a smaller group. Enjoyable💙
Caitriona Balfe is a great actress. The others are as well but for me she just stands out. For the life of me, I cannot understand why she has not got an emmy for her work. Something is wrong with emmy voters. Or maybe Outlander is just not "Hollywood Enough"!
Great interview this cast is natural, honest & special. Im totally Obsessed with Outlander through & through! It’s made my soul happy in these difficult times. The strong on screen love story is Amazing!💃🏻🕺🏼💃🏻🕺🏼🧡💜🧡💜
I initially thought the opening music before the interview was a remixed version of the Outlander theme song, then after wracking my brain & humming it for a few minutes, realized it sounds like We Three Kings. 🙃 If you combine the two tunes, they work pretty darn well together! 😂 And yes, I love this cast, the Outlander series! This interview was most excellent!
Brittany has given the fans of Outlander, an excellent interview. All of the questions were great, and the actors answered all with ease. These actors Sam Caitriona, Sophie, and Richard are absolutely fantastic. I’ve watched the series since the beginning and I’ve loved the romance between Jaime and Claire. I’ve looked forward to seeing each episode. Fantastic show and great actors.
The show got my interest with WWII back drop and time travel. Ended up being different than what I expected. Got hooked anyway and can't wait for season 5!! Strong characters and story line! Still trying to figure out the Scottish lingo!
Diana's writing is so visual, her images so vivid, that it's very easy to get confused between the books and the show. There have been many times when watching the show for 2nd or 3rd time, I'm convinced that somehow a scene has been cut, only to later realize the cut scene was only in the book. On the whole, I think the writers do an excellent job with adapting the book to the show. As the books go on and characters are added it would be easy to make 3 seasons from one book, especially 6&7. It's not easy adapting a book for the screen, whether large or small. Hundreds of factors are involved. Who's available, cost, suitable locations. It's a long list.
Cait and Sam's comments about napping a lot as they age (especially after a glass of Horlicks) cracked me up, especially since IRL, I'm the same age as Cait.
I got to see Episode 501 and while we viewers suffered Droughtlander, the Fraziers moved Brianna and Roger and Jemmie into the cottage and built the BIG HOUSE. It is nearly done! We get to see all the people Jamie has gathered to populate the Ridge, but among them must have been some great Finish Carpenters! Poor Roger the Scholar is less than enchanted about learning about his father-in-law’s armory.
Is it just me or is it actually pretty creepy with all the people standing outside, peeking through the windows and stalking? It would totally freak me out
Regardless of what you guys say Sam AND CATRIONA WHEN YOU PART FOR WHATEVER YOU WILL BOTH MISS EACH other SPEND ALL THESE YEARS TOGETHER Almost 9 YRS some real marri ages don't even last as long wow just love them two would also love to see them in another movie together i know what it means when you say ilovecmbalfe
I was so looking forward to seeing the gathering scenes. Although the episode is excellent, disappointed about the gathering and the humor in the book about the gathering
Love these interviews. Bottom line though: Roger and Brianna are not right for each other and its painful to watch. I hope this season brings a bit more chemistry and relief from the awkwardness of Season 4.
So.... I just got into this show about 2 weeks ago and it's crazy to me that fans thought the two leads were ever together. lol. These people are clearly good co workers. Sam and Cait seem very platonic to me. I actually wish I didn't go down this rabbit hole of whose dated who and all this speculation because it's makes it hard to see them as their characters when you are aware of the surrounding rumors. Also, This would be a very different story for our main heroine if she was a woman of color. Insert anything other race of woman in this story line and things would have been over Ep 1 season 1 lol. FACTS. So, maybe that's why I'm not so impressed with "Claire" per se, but I watch because of the love. The LOVE between J + C. Not interested in reading the books and I'm thinking about abandoning the show at S3 because Idc about B+R at all.
I agree. Look on UA-cam for interviews from the 1st season. You'll be able to see how platonic they've been from the beginning. The two of them act more like really good friends off camera than anything else. I could totally see one of them calling the other for relationship advice and it never being weird.

This was the best interview I have seen. It is a real conversation which the stars seem to enjoy very much. Well done.

Sophie's whole American accent on the show is learned. She is amazing.
But that does not take away the fact, that Skelton is such a bad actor, so misplaced
she should have learned a boston accent. she sounds like shes from the south and its annoying if she was supposed to grow up in boston.
