Learning 3d shape perspective is another good thing to learn as you can do dynamic poses in the future. I mainly draw sphere for the head instead of a box, but every artist has different method when it comes to draw so you can do whatever you want. But anyway good job, you are practicing well
Thank you! Ye mostly trying something different because I am having a hard time of visualizing (flats) of the sphere and the curvature of it when the head turns. So I am trying to see if this helps
If you're struggling with the boxes, then I would recommend trying spheres. In other words, here's a video that helped me learn how to draw heads: ua-cam.com/video/AB9yTNfE3go/v-deo.html Good going today :)
Ohh ive heard of oridays were I learned the blind copy method (think this is that video. Think it is slightly harder because they already start with a good concept of the head shape for it and how it should look
@@MurasakiAtelier i see, then in that case, if you don't already, you should try finding some artists that you like so you can know what you're trying to achieve / what it should look like
@@stevetrzz Yep what im currently attempting major part im trying to break it down so I can understand how to do it myself which is the main reason for the box
