It's hard to film wildlife. I got lucky on the woodpecker clips. That nest was next to my hammock. I just let the camera run for about 30 minutes to capture that footage. Warbonnet rules! Thanks for watching and subscribing. I'm glad you enjoyed.
Love your videos. It’s awesome to see someone who also has a love for oak mountain and we got the same gear except I got the regular blackbird and a minifly from warbonnet. What do u use for your feet in the hammock. I cut a piece of yoga mat to go with my yeti under quilt
I use a thermarest seat pad - the one you blow up. I put that in the footbox of my topquilt. I've had that pad for years, and I'm really surprised it has lasted this long. I kneel on it to save my knees and of course sit on it. It's actually one of my favorite pieces of gear. You will see it in some of my videos. Here is a link to one of my videos that shows the pad - just skip to 5:37. That yoga mat sounds like a good idea. Thanks for watching! ua-cam.com/video/5_0UhhKnP2c/v-deo.html
The Kings Chair Overlook is on the Blue Trail about 1 1/2 miles from the North Trailhead parking lot. The other view is on the Blue Ridge Trail and it's about 3-4 miles from the same parking lot.
Great job. Loved the footage of birds and wildlife. Also love my Warbonnet. Subscribed.
