- We pay a visit to the northern section of Lakeside Garden at Jurong Lake Gardens where the skate park is located. We take a walk along the boardwalk by the water before heading over to view the various skate pads and the parkour area.

Yes, Lakeside MRT is closest. Can see the twin pagodas across the water. I didn't notice the larger pagoda.
may i know how far the distance between the lake gardens and the chinese garden in jurong? anyhow, i would like to visit the jurong lake gardens on my next trip to sg. the new skate park reminds me of the one at the kepong metropolitan lakeside park in kl. it's such a good idea to have a sheltered skate park for the skaters to keep themselves occupied during the rain.
The Chinese Garden is still closed at the moment. It is likely to only open in 2024. When it opens the closest MRT station to it will be Chinese Garden MRT Station.

You will also be able to access Chinese Garden from Lakeside Garden via a "Rainbow Bridge". It is around 1.2 km from Lakeside MRT Station to the Rainbow Bridge.
