You have some of the best things to offer. Your determination is almost 100% all of the time. Don't know how you have the energy to do that. I am 60 now. When I was 50 I had much more energy. Watching you pay off your debts. Watching you come to a place where you have no debt. Plus food for maybe three years into the future. Plus acquiring more all the time. That Is amazing. Watching you with your ability to can preserve food and grow food is so much fun. How you pulled yourself out of debt after not going in mediately with your husband into selling homes you flipping and living in. When things were failing. You so turned all of that around. You have went above and beyond what you may have financially given up or lost. At a time when the market and Industry crash. You are so set for other life crashed. You have done amazing. You have really turned a hardship. Into an amazing plentiful flourishing life. Really enjoying binge-watching these on UA-cam the last several weeks. These video's are really great. Thank you so much for having them in the world. Hooray for UA-cam. Hooray for Tessie. Giving great help.

@@HomesteadTessie you have really blessed me. By showing things that I've done since childhood. And return to doing. When I had to rebuild my life for the third time as an adult. When I feel ashamed or embarrassed that my mobile home in one acre is paid off. When I feel the shame that my vehicle is old but paid off. And I came across to you and I feel Vindicated in so many ways. And blessed in so many ways. I am starting now to feel really happy about my achievements Against All Odds. And not my failures. Thank you so much you are a blessing to thousands and thousands and thousands of people thank you. Tessie you are amazing.

I am so impressed that you were two and three years ahead in Canning and freezing like my grandmother's used to be. I think probably some of my greatest experiences. We're eating my grandmother's canned food almost two years after she had passed. Coming home from Los Angeles working for IBM flying in for 2 days. I'm dropping back into the lifestyle that my grandmother lived. No Hustler bustle for the outside world. Just hustle and bustle for her Gardens and trees and bushes that were so filled with berries and her tender Tender Love. But my dad told me that the rest of the canned food had been given to my brothers and neighbor. And I told him I understood it had been two years and we didn't want anything to go to waste. It was really sad knowing that there would never be another jar of canned anything for my grandmother. Bless your abilities Tessie. What I wouldn't give to be able to get to the point where I two and three or four or five years ahead in my food canned and ready whenever I needed it. You're so so gifted thank you for sharing.

I use sweet relish in my chicken salad and tuna salad, this looks so good! I’m gonna try this in place of the pickle relish next time. Thanks for recipe! Also thank you for your videos! I’ve watched you since the beginning. I was looking for frugal meals and found you. What I’ve found is that even when your posting something I’m not personally interested in, I still watch to simply let go of my day. You always make me smile. It’s been a joy as well to watch evolve and find yourself! Your hard work is appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed!

Well Tessie, my family was not sure about this recipe but I had all the ingredients just collecting from my garden so I gave it a try. THEY LOVE IT!
They are already opening the jars. It is fairly easy the worst part is cutting everything up. Thank you I have added this to my yearly canning recipes. It is a great way to use those garden veggies.

I just made this recipe for the first time a few weeks ago. It's delicious. My husband likes it much better than cucumber relish. Only thing I may change is knocking off on the sugar a little. I made a double batch of brine since we had so much zucchini. Maybe that's what intensified the sweetness. Definitely a keeper.

I love my recipe but I’m going to try yours. It’s always better to try to improve if you can. No shame there! Yours is a lot different than mine. I use no spices except for pickling spice.

I have been using a Carey electric caner for 5 years and I love it.It has not been tested by the government but has been tested by the Carey company. It is great for small batch caning either water bath of pressure caning. I can everything from meat to jelly.I know when they first came out with this caner everyone was afraid of it just like they were years ago when they came out with the first pressure caner. New things sometimes scare people. No heavy lifting and no babysitting the caner. Happy caning.
