Honestly, if Obito had gone bad because he truly was pissed at Kakashi for killing Rin, I couldn't even blame him. It looked REALLY bad at the time (and it's frankly more amazing to me that he DOESN'T differentiate between "letting her die" and "actually delivering the deathblow"). Even with context... some stuff is very hard to forgive. Sakura got over Sasuke trying to kill her (twice), but if he had actually done it, I think that would be one of the few things that Naruto would never forgive. I like to think that, anyway. If for no other reason than it would make Boruto twice as hard to read without Sarada.
