Thank you for the video. Very interesting. You work with a Bamix blender. Will the same result be obtained with another blender? And please tell me - in the description of Bamix blenders it is said that they are designed for 5 minutes of continuous operation. Does this mean that if the operating time is more than five minutes, the blender will break?
Hi! I think you can get same result with another blender but needs some practices. It takes less than 20seconds to make one latteart. no needs for 5min. 5 min continuous operation generates heat. So that will cause damage. thx ;-)
"put air for 5 secs then rise above". does that mean that I have to keep the blender touching the bottom for five secs and then keep lil bit upper from bottom for 30 secs. thanks for the video.
A little different. Sry, my description is not enough. Dip bamix head and power on. Move a part of the head above the surface TO PUT AIR INTO MILK. And then move the head under the surface to mix the foam with milk. Thank you for your comments.
I know it’s a matter of taste and preference, but what is the ratio of coffee to milk that you used in this demonstration? I’m quite naive in all things coffee but this intrigued me.
You can put sugar into milk or coffee before frothing. Watch my videos and some practice, you become to be able to make latte art. Most important thing is your PASSION!! thx ;-)
ok, so I've got some questions: (1) Do I need whole milk, or can you do this with 2% as well? (2) Does this mean I can skip the steaming step altogether and just heat up the milk in the microwave? (3) Are there any advantages to steaming or not steaming, especially in terms of water content added to the milk? (4) I think it looks like you're using the "beater blade" attachment for the Bamix, is that correct? Would this work with whisking blade as well? Sorry for the needy questions. It just occurred to me the other day that maybe I could be getter latte bubbles with my old Bamix, and then I searched for others who tried and I found your video.
Whole milk is needed, not 2% fat. The microwave can be OK. It's easier and lower costed than steaming to make good microfoamed milk. Beater blade is the best for latte art. If the other blade, too much foam is made. This is the first bamix latte art video in the latte art history. You also can do it after some practices. Thank you!!
Hey! I've been doing this for a while and i still haven't got it right. One thing I'm doing differently is the metal pitcher/pourer. I don't have that. Instead i use a wider plastic pitcher. Is that the problem? My foam in the end is just too thick to create a design. Been blending for exavtly 30 seconds!
Your videos are an inspiration for us to make good latte art! Thank you for posting. Can you also tell me the name of the song used in this video?? Thanks.
This powder is VAN HOUTEN PURE COCOA. The following are the reason why I use cocoa powder. 1. To make a good contrast of the color. 2. To circulate the surface of coffee better. The surface tension is changed by cocoa powder.
Thank you. That is very helpful. I actually use your bamix technique everytime I make a latte. The milk conditioning is very good, either my pouring technique, or the coffee I'm pouring the milk into, always leaves mixed results with achieving nice latte art.
I really like this technique.. however once I tried it and the beating made the milk cool down. and I wanted it hot. any suggestions on what I should do to maintain the heat of boiling milk.
Please advise...do you use warm or cold milk also what kind of milk do you use, Skimmed, Full Fat or Low Fat? I just can't seem to get the same consistent creamy froth. I know there's something I'm not doing correctly. Please help.
I use hot microwaved milk. Beginners like you should use whole milk. not skimmed, not low fat. Watch my other vids, read my web, find the best way to froth milk. You can do it!
Want to hear something cool? My friend who worked with me in a restaurant got the 50qts version of this thing on his arm when blending soup. It cut a dollar coin sized chunk of his flesh and spurting blood everywhere within 5 yard of him. It looks like a murder scene! Have fun using your bamix!!!
Hi! I'm so desperate, I have the bamix and I follow all your instructions but my whole milk had a lot of bubble, like a cappuccino foam... I tried this tutorial many time but I can't find where I'm wrong... Thabks a lot, and your coffee is so beautiful, I want the same!!
I have the two speed Bamix. I am struggling with the attachment you use. Mine has three attachments (blades). WHich one do you use? I know it is not the blades to chop. Thanks...
Hi! I knew the nanofoamer for the first time from your comment. I think that they watched my videos and then hit upon the idea. Their videos about frothing is based on my method. thank you for your comment. ;-)
I've owned a bamix for many years, and have never thought of doing this. Thank you for the video, well filmed and easy to understand.
Try it in your large kitchen. I watched your vids.
Thank you for comments.
I've been using hand blender for months now. It surely gives best microfoamed milk than a handheld whisker. Great you shared!
There are a few people who know this fact in the world.
I think that only you and I know it.
We can make best foamed milk like the latte art champion.
The art from your pours have amazingly crisp definition and symmetry. Very beautiful.
Thank you. I'm happy to read your comment.
perfectly I think lots of experience you have
Yes, I have more than 10 years' experience in latte art, particularly without espresso machine.😁
Good one,
what is the temperature of milk at the time of making froth?
55 - 65 degree Celsius
Amazing video. Thank you!
To make milkfoam, should the milk in cold temp or warm?
I tried it, it really worked . Thanks
Blaze storm 904 Did you make good one? Bamix is the best tool to make good latte art at home.
Well I was happy with what I made..
Blaze storm 904 Congrats!! We become happy by making latte art.
Fantastic! Love it. Thank you..
Yay you are back!!, i love your videos
oh, thank you ;-)
Thank you so much! This worked for me.
Congratz!!
This latte art is so much fun for everyone!!
This helped me finally get the milk right for a latte !!!!! Still no latte art but practice makes perfect x

What are you sprinkling on top, just before you pour the last milk over the coffee?
Hi! It is Cocoa powder. To obtain high contrast. thank you ;-)
Are you using hot or cold milk?
What temperature is the milk? Warm hot or cold?
"put air for 5 secs then rise above". does that mean that I have to keep the blender touching the bottom for five secs and then keep lil bit upper from bottom for 30 secs. thanks for the video.

ok got it. thank u so much
Pinal Chaudhari i was confused on the description too. I think its the other way around right.
very nice))) like)))i wish i have one handheld blende
I know it’s a matter of taste and preference, but what is the ratio of coffee to milk that you used in this demonstration? I’m quite naive in all things coffee but this intrigued me.
Woooow.good
thanks! You can try it! ;-)
marvellous
thank you 😍
Please what is the powder that was sprinkled in with the shaker - is that chocolate/cocoa powder or cinnamon or something else
It's Van Houten cocoa powder. thx.
U Hve put hot milk and u didn't add sugar in it. Plz tell me so it will easy to make for me.
You can put sugar into milk or coffee before frothing.
Watch my videos and some practice, you become to be able to make latte art.
Most important thing is your PASSION!!
thx ;-)
Does the milk have to be pre warmed
Sry, I'm late. Yes, it's prewarmed. thanks ;-)
U r awesome boss.
Oh, than you! You can become boss too!! ;-)
really awesome thank you
thank you ;-)

so pretty
Thanks a lot for this! I have a hand blender though it's not Bamix. I will try this out if it would work.. :)
Awesome
thx ;-)
Bamix frother where will be available to buy..?
Yes the milk is hot/warm. Frothing is achieved better with warmer milk.
Hey! I've been doing this for a while and i still haven't got it right. One thing I'm doing differently is the metal pitcher/pourer. I don't have that. Instead i use a wider plastic pitcher. Is that the problem? My foam in the end is just too thick to create a design. Been blending for exavtly 30 seconds!
can you do this with almond milk?
Sry, I have no ideas. I will try it later. thank you ;-)
very nice! how long did you mix the milk and was the milk warm or cold? thanks
How cold was your milk before heating ?
I like your channel
Hot milk is really necessary for free pouring latte art?
Yes, you need hot milk. Cold milk is not able to keep foam. You'll understand that if you try it. thank you ;-)
Thank you sir.
Don't you have microwave?
You should say at the convenience store
"ขออุ่นหน่อย"
I froth milk by hand blender for some days
But the bubbles in milk not gone.
You can do it!
Hang in there!!
What type of milk?
Can I use full milk instead?
You mean no coffee? Yes, you can make latte art without coffee. It's milk art.
Thanks ;-)
please can you tell me what milk do you used, what was the fat percentage of it, i had been trying this for over a month and still no progress
What does Coco powder do
Can we use any other hand blender?
Blaze storm 904 I have no idea. but i think we will be able use the other blender like Bamix.
is the milk cold or hot??
Thank you for this video; what a beautiful cup of coffee.
Thank you.
Your comment is very encouraging for me ;-)
Hey which type of milk use for latte art.
Hot ya cold..
The milk is hot whole milk sold at a supermarket.
Thanks ;-9

Regina Kinnard It was cocoa powder. It's very important for this method. Try it ;-)
Thats amazing latte art!. What size milk pitcher did u use?
I used 400ml delonghi milk pitcher. thanks ;-)
@@cappuccinable Thank you for the reply, I'm going to try that.
Bin Good luck!!
Hi what milk that u used?
Visoth kiko whole milk sold in a store. not low fat. not diet milk. thx.
lion's milk... lol
Is this hot milk you are using
Yes, it's hot milk. try it!
I would like to buy one. i am in South Africa. Is there a place where I kan buy in SA?
Do you want to buy BAMIX?
You can find the shops from
www.bamix.co.za/
Какой температуры должно быть молоко перед взбиваем?❤
Are you using speed 1 or speed 2 on the Bamix?
Bamix has two speed mode ( high 17500rpm, low 13000rpm)
I used low speed in this video.
Thank you for your good question.
Thank you. That is very helpful. I actually use your bamix technique everytime I make a latte. The milk conditioning is very good, either my pouring technique, or the coffee I'm pouring the milk into, always leaves mixed results with achieving nice latte art.
Good
ml of milk?
Po mm žbb uvjck
Does it work with other brands of blenders?
I have only this brand's. But I think it will work with the other blender, if the opening of your jug is not narrower than the head of your blender.
How to drink this cappuccino without sugar???
You can put sugar in your cappuccino before frothing or after frothing whenever you want. ;-)
Coffee and tea tastes a lot better without sugar. Give yourself a week to get used to the taste.
Are you still doing coffees these days? I missed you 😅
I really like this technique.. however once I tried it and the beating made the milk cool down. and I wanted it hot. any suggestions on what I should do to maintain the heat of boiling milk.
You can heat up the milk higher temperature at the beginning.
And you should beware of scalds while frothing that.
what is the ratio of coffee to water
instant coffee powder 3g, hot water 27g, hot milk 180ml
Thanks.
Good Question
Its to much forth i cant get design😟😟plzz help me out
Do you use Bamix like this video? If you do like this video, you can absolutely make it. Keep it up!
keep the frother at the bottom don't rise it up too much that creates foam
its cold cafe ?
NO, It's hot cafe latte.
We need hot milk to make latte art.
Thank you ;-)
Should the milk be hot?
It should be iced cold
The blender will heat up the milk as it froths. You should stop it around 135-140 degrees Fahrenheit
It's easier to froth milk when hot
what kind of milk are you using ?
fresh milkvcan be use it?
Yes, fresh milk is OK. But you have to microwave it. Hot milk is needed.
Thank you ;-)
Really hard for me to do it
Some practices, you can do it easily and happy life!
Wow
thanks ;-)
unbelible
thank you ;-)
woooow
I tried this with my BAMIX and cocked it up badly, ended up drinking cold, frothy milk.😂😂 but I will practice till I get it right
Keep it up!
You can do it!
Please advise...do you use warm or cold milk also what kind of milk do you use, Skimmed, Full Fat or Low Fat?
I just can't seem to get the same consistent creamy froth.

Thabks a lot, and your coffee is so beautiful, I want the same!!
You can use Bamix at low speed not to make too much bubble in the jug.
And find the difference between this videos and yours.
OK, you can do it! ;-)
where's the sugar???
Farhat Fatma You may put sugar in it before frothing milk. thx :-)
in my pants
wow
;-)
I have the two speed Bamix. I am struggling with the attachment you use. Mine has three attachments (blades). WHich one do you use? I know it is not the blades to chop.
Thanks...
Watch this video @0:13-, and you can find the attachment to froth "beater."
Did it work for anyone ?
Yes.
You can do this.
do u have instgram
I don't see any difference in the milk before and after
All the trouble to froth milk for instant coffee ??! Lol
do you have an instagram account?
I have tried 1000 times and am still drinking the failed-art latte...
I think you will succeed at 1001 times. ;-)
@@cappuccinable Thank you haha~
Yeah..keep on try
The milk will get cold
hotter milk you need. ;-)
Yup nanofoamer is just a scam and other foamers devices are scams. You just buy hand blender which can do a lot than a single task foamer can do.
Hi!
I knew the nanofoamer for the first time from your comment.
I think that they watched my videos and then hit upon the idea.
Their videos about frothing is based on my method.
thank you for your comment. ;-)
RIP expensive coffee machine
I want both expensive and cheap machines ;-)
coffe lol
Yes, coffee. You usually drink it. lol
this is a cold milk our hot
Lukewarm milk
u add hot milk
Yes, hot milk.
