This remix was infamously stolen by Timbaland without permission for the instrumental to Nelly Furtando's 'Do It' and for the 'Block Party' ringtone. Timbaland did not give credit or royalties to Janne or Glenn for use of the song.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you probably know the story already. If not, I highly encourage you to look up 'Timbaland Plagiarism Controversy'.
If anybody knows about this remix or the song it is based on, it would usually be because of this overshadowing controversy. For me personally, I learned about the original song first from being an example song in an XMSNES (program by Mukunda that converts XM, S3M, and MOD to SPC) demo. It was only afterwards that I found out there was an act of plagiarism that the song was victim to.
At least this song is cool. I heard it had a multipulse routine, so I made this video in order to see what that's about.

I absolutely LOVE it, and also what timbaland sampled specifically from that song ! The drums he added turned it into a masterpiece of a song on do it… like one of best song ever and Nelly’s topline is everything…

I really dislike it, especially because of the pop music elements and the vocals. Normie record labels should keep their hands off chiptune. This genre shall not be commercialized.
