Kittens So Small and Brave Decide to Grow Strong Together as They Journey Their Way to Good Home

Kittens Buddy and Walter, feline brothers, were surrendered to Cat Adoption Team in Sherwood, Oregon, at ten weeks old, but were the size of 5-week-old kittens.
Both kittens were diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism, a rare condition for young kittens, resulting in low T4 hormone levels and stunted growth since around five weeks old.
Foster volunteer Laura and her daughter Cassidy provided medication, supportive care, and acupuncture sessions to help the kittens, who initially struggled with low energy and growth issues.
