I'm adding this suggestion to all the makers of Air Fryer videos. Please include the temperatures, times and internal cooked temperatures in your recipes. I loved watching the vid, but having to rewatch it to get the times and temps is an unnecessary step. Great recipe though! Thanks for your work.
The grease was from the cheddar cheese, not the butter. Btw, had you used the foil, and a bit of cream, as butter doesn’t thicken, it wouldn’t have been like soup.
