Cool deck but it seems like many of your wins came through Through the Breach and Fist of the Suns was Plan B. As such I think it would make sense to move up to 4x Breach/4X Primeval Titan. It doesn't hurt to have a card you can hard cast in Titan and sometimes turn 4 Titan will be enough by itself. I'd shave the Fist of the Suns down to 3 copies as multiples are redundant and get rid of some of the planeswalkers that don't seem to fit. Finally, I know Pentad Prism is considered the gold standard for effects like that but I like 2x Chromatic Lantern. The effect is permanent instead of one shot and seems like it would better fix your mana for Fist of the Suns as you'd only need any 4x lands plus lantern or 3x lands, lantern, mana dork to get all five colors. You don't need multiples as the effect is redundant but 2x seems like it would have helped in certain situations. I'd like to see a deck with the same dorks you have right now (arbor elf, birds, sprawl) into turn 2 Fists, then use Chromatic Lantern to ensure you have all 5 colors.
Hour of Devastation easily proved that to be true. He was literally playing with the Gatewatch. WotC unfortunately didn't want to kill off a walker...
