Vibratory Feeder for Blade Retainers

In this recent application, as part of their production process, a customer was handling bulk blade retainers. To optimize their automation, we developed a 30" vibratory feeder bowl with an inline drive. The system efficiently singulates and orients the parts, ensuring they are presented legs-up at a steady rate.
