Thanks for mentioning Byakuya blocking Gerard's strongest form at 5:00. Many people overlooked this feat which I find it ridiculous. Byakuya's feats are just as good as Toshiro's and Kenpachi's even though it was not heavily emphasized by Kubo.

I love the massive difference in abilities between the current Gotei:
Isane: Good at kido, excellent healing abilities
Lisa: Fought Harribel at one point, very perverted
Kenpachi: 1v1'd God

The Captains are formidable, their organization however is still reeling as a whole. However Shunsui revoking the previous exclusionary and highly selective recruitment policies means that will come to pass, it helps that he's also instituted an internship program for greater orientation and enlistment. Mayuri sure is a dangerous powerhouse, he delivers death and survives. Soifon does work better with her assasin's skills and with fellow operatives she fits in her role.
