Literally, probably the 10th most anxious feeling I've ever had in my life is working in food service and having a customer standing in place and staring at my every action while I was preparing their food.
The longer they stand, the more they get impatient, the longer the line behind them gets, and the more impatient the REST of the line gets. You're getting stared at by all these bitchy customers, abd probably also by your boss and coworkers who are wondering why takings so long, and the longer it lasts the more UNCOMFORTABLE IT GETS.
So I just imagine everytime I had to make this ice cream I'd find myself on the verge of hyperventilating.
