The title is completely wrong as it gives the impression that only the British paraded through Berlin when, in fact, it was an annual parade of the three occupying forces France, USA and UK. Also, it weren't just the English stationed in Berlin but also the glorious Scottish. I used to live in Spandau as a child, my school was on one end of the road, barracks almost next to it and on the other side of the road was Spandau Prison. My love for bagpipe music stems from this time .

The German Bundeswehr is only a stupid helper-army of the USA, UK and France. Until 1990 its enemy was the National People Army of the German Democratic Republic, which was under the command of the Soviet Army. When the GDR disappeared the former enemies of Germany allowed the GRD to join the FRG under the command of the USA, UK and France. And they allowed their German collaborators even to be stationed in the former GDR together with other soldiers of the NATO. The NATO is under the command of US-generals! The armies of France, UK and USA are even members of his NATO! The defeated German army of 1945 was distroyed and could never get back to Berlin, althoug the forme German Nazis got friendship with the USA, UK and France!
