I took the train from Moscow to Ulaanbaatar in 2015, on the train me and my girlfriend met a girl who invited us to her parents apartment in Ulaanbaatar. Her mom had made these sheep shaped buuz. It was amazing, and it kept coming for as long as we could eat. I must have had 50 of them by the evenings end. Will treasure that memory for ever.
oh God! now I understand all north China people are eating traditional Mongolian food. we call it "Baozi" in Chinese. I got a colleague from Russian who told me this is also their traditional Siberian food(image how big the Mongol empire was)... I love history.
Oh this video reminds me that month we eat dumplings every single day during the whole february until we completely fed up with the dumplings (Mongolian Lunar new year)is coming soon LOL😁😁😁Even if I am Mongolian, there are some new ways to folding dumplings i never tried before Was pretty interesting👍👍👍
