Hello, great video! I have 2 questions:
1) Why do you 'tent'? What is the purpose?
2) What is the purpose of pushing the balled clay tool through all layers at the back before the 'final' bake?

Thank you for a wonderful 2-part video/tutorial. Can you tell me what you mean by "be sure to tent"? I am assuming it means to cover gently with foil in the oven.

Yes. Most people tent with foil. I generally tent by putting a dome top metal bowl over mine. Either way works fine. ❤
