Considering all the money you have in the bank surely it makes more sense just to keep N’Diaye even if you do risk losing him for free. Him for a season is gonna benefit you much more than the extra money in the bank.
If he was a striker I'd be inclided to agree but it's hard to measure WB value. Think I'm going to give him the start of the season to prove himself
@@WorkTheSpaceMaybe with time you can get him a contract to start at the end of the season. Depending on how your season goes he might be worth a 20,000 a week contract.

Mariño is a no-brainer in my eyes... I'd have no problems having him start in either CB or RB (I believe you promised him the former though)
This by the way was a fantastic transfer window! I believe things can align themselves for more fruitful dealings up until deadline day! Basically, signing a 4-star starting GK of any age would make it a 10/10 transfer window for me 😁 automatic promotion can really be on the cards
On another matter, as I'm North African, Fethi Zekri's face looks plausible to me 😅 even more so as a part-French player

I think it could be worth keeping N'Diaye and just hope as the season progresses he is open to renewing. Its not as if you're in need of the 7 million now
Since Oscar decided to sneak in a secret release clause, I think it's only right you sign him back for £1.2k in installments and £2.5m after 50 league games.

Jack, when you talk to an agent try to finish the talk with the agent and not press end chat. Always try to lower the wages. Most will accept that so you get better deals.
Jack - The transfers screen where it splits deals happening pre and post July 1st is not a bug. It’s how FFP works and is really topical right now. Hence Forest fell foul of the rules by selling B Johnson the wrong side of that date and therefore were deemed to breach the rules for spending for the year prior. So, therefore to be realistic FM needs to have transfers split like that
But it doesn’t split the transfers like that on other screens, no one goes on the transfer screen to check FFP since it literally only contains the transfers which in isolation mean nothing for FFP, plus this affects leagues that don't even have FFP around the world too.
@@WorkTheSpace It’s not just for English teams. The financial year for European football teams runs from July 1st till June 30. Ajax for example has to present their numbers before the 1st of July, since they’re a team that’s also represented on the stock market. It happens quite often that we do our big sales before July so the previous year looks better. So I think it makes a lot of sense to present it like this.
Could that be fixed with an FFP toggle which is the default and then a season one?
Given all the other menus and options, it feels like that one is pretty simple to fix.
Also what happens in other leagues where the season runs on a calendar year?
@@stephenburfoot1717should be the same since teams from Scandinavia have the same financial years as other European teams (July-June). US (MLS) might be October-September actually, but not sure about that.

Rivière and Marino would be excellent players to sign, might help convince N’Diaye to stay but I’m going to guess that because he said significantly improve the squad those two plus Jedinak aren’t going to cut it for him. Hope he changes his mind, would giving him the Vice-Captaincy have helped at all?
The Australian CB you bought in this window could be a good replacement for N'Diaye at LB.
Feels like you’ve gotten in a few players now that can actually make the step up to the Prem successfully! I feel like a playoff push is more than doable after a really good window.

Hi Jack, another great video. I’d consider switching the keeper’s role to sweeper keeper and Gasperi to a central defender to hide his bad on the ball ability. Think with the goalkeeper role and the higher line the sweeper keeper role could help ease some of the pressure

Jedinak looks class. Think upgrading Mkhize, with someone with much better pace and mobility, but still good mentals can really help compensate for the attacking outlook of the fullbacks. Coupled with Victor as a DM adding some steel as a shield, think you are set up for success.
If you could get that Las Palmas striker as well as the two guys awaiting work permits, then surely play-offs would be the minimum expectation.

Jack, why don't you shift the transfer budget to the amount of or less than the bank balance (more realistic) and split the rest into wages and some extra scouting budget? To keep N'diaye it might be time to reimagine the wage structure with the thought of Premier League in 2 years time. (if you go ahead with developing youngsters this year and staying in the Championship). Definitely think N'diaye is worth the money as your staff agree, he is Prem ready.

On the transfers that were concluded last season but for the current season, that is actually how it works. Being a Chelsea fan I remember when we signed Kovacic during the transfer ban by signing him mid season before the ban, but he joined once the ban was in place. So I think that is actually realistic.
Might be worth buying a couple of back ups with decent leadership.

Hi jack, when you started this save how many nations did you load? And were they view only or playable..im deep into a afc liverpool save and dont get many foreign players but ive only got england as playable with no others loaded

There was a hack to avoid selling player because of board or release clause. You just offered him for little money and put "need to sign replacement first". Of course you did not sign a replacement. On last day of transfer, pop up appeared if you want to sell or cancel the deal. If you canceled, noone was able to made a new deal in such a short time.

Start scouting the league in Brazil and Argentina, there are several gems there
You definitely need to try and get a foreign affiliate to boost your reputation. Otherwise you'll have to wait so long for your rep to match your standing
Unless you can get stupid money for Ndiaye there is no need to sell him, he could still change his mind and you have a load of money in the bank so selling is not a priority. Having him for next season could prove to be very useful as he is your star player.
Signing that guy as a back up centre back is also good as he has lots of potential, is better than Dia and the amount of money compared to how much you have in the bank is peanuts.
Also stop worrying about "nuking" the wage structure. Your star player in the championship dream XI is on 600 pounds a week so its not the players being unreasonable asking for bigger contracts than the rest of your team, your team are all just on unreasonably low contracts, if you need to take a punt on a player with large wages you can do it as you have so much money in the bank and at some point your players will need to be on premier league wages so why wait and do it all at once later on when you could make your wage structure more realistic right now.
