That’s amazing speed for stock gears! Mine does 45mph with its rovan 30.5cc and dem dominator pipe but I’ll be getting the OBR 7.7hp or the reed case 32cc soon! Yours sounds great!
This Exhaust is not build for high speed! This exhaust is for good starts with wheelies Take a different exhaust and you will drive much faster. ;-) Take a long side exhaust.

That good speed bro! I just got mine has a 26cc stock engine and carb tuned with a JetPro tuned pipe wrapped around one with stock gears just gave it a shot run and got a 48.5mph 💪🏼👌🏼 Will be pushing this engine at 67.6 mph + like my other Baja 5b 💪🏼 I’ll be posting some vids soon 👍🏼

Cool, I think i might be growing on these 5th scale trucks and buggies and i think the 5ive-T 2.0\30DN DTT-7 V2 and 5ive-B for Losi based rigs then the Baja 5B and 5T for HPI\Rovan based vehicles. I just started to look up OBR engines even though if i buy a 30DN or a 5ive-T i might or might not do an upgraded gas engine.
Hey I know this video is old but I just picked up on and it won’t crank I change the spark plug but how easy it is to clean the carburetor this is my first gas rc
It shouldn’t be too difficult….I’ve never actually had to clean mine….I either run the tanks empty if I know it’s gonna sit awhile or I put fuel stabilizer in the fuel so it doesn’t gum up the carb
Ok well the guy said he hasn’t ran it in a while but left gas in the tank..it was bad yes I still tried to crank it on that gas..primer bulb is good everything flows through..so once I put mix gas 40:1 new plug it should fire up?? Btw thanks for the help/insight
Nice, but too much noise, and under performance with that pipe. Honestly, you would get better performance off the high flow can exhaust that these already come with… quieter, and perform just as good, if not better than these chambered pipes… seriously. More noise does not equate to more power.

Yeah the parts are basically interchangeable……not to mention the HPI parts are hard to get ahold of now because their production issues

@@devinw9698 I wouldn’t run 40:1 ratio……that’s pretty lean….I would do 28:1……the plug could possibly be fouled out too
@@RCKnockout with the Baja 5t mines takes a lot of rpm n jus noise b4 moving a inch.. I really I’m lost can you help if you kno what I’m talking about
@@devinw9698 yeah it takes a lot of rpm to get any gas rc to start moving….probably 8,000-10,000 rpm depending on what clutch spring is installed

That’s true, it is very loud but I don’t feel like it under performed…it’s a pretty quick machine
