Delhi is very high on Pollution index, very toxic city. The throne of Mughal Empire. However, its a beautiful city suffering due to uncontrolled urbanization.
It can show you many facets of India. Also, it is closest to Taj.

You can visit Old Delhi if u want to eat where locals eat !

That is definitely Bukhara at The ITC Maurya. I have to worked there. The recipes (these are traditional family known recipes) are only known to the confidants/ bloodline of Chef Imtiaz Qureshi who comes from the family of royal cooks; cooks to the royal family of Lucknow in . He revived the Dum Phukt style of cooking and is the first chef to win Padmashree - 4th highest civilian award in India :)

my aussie mates were at the restaurant in ITC Hotel's restaurant named "BUKHARA",the most expensive and the best restaurant in Delhi, had "Daal makhni" the best of the best when i visited in 2018.

The restaurant name is "Gulati", I know it because the kind of vibes and the dish is there trademark. they prepare there own PANEER and its there speciality. The restaurant is located on Pandara Road, where all local politicians and page 3 folks dine. Make sure to book your table in advance or else you have to wait for 1 hour to get the table for yourself. This place is on my go to list every month before COVID. I am missing the Gulati's Dinner. Please check there menu on Zomato website, "Gulati Pandara Road".

The name is BUKHARA...a restaurant in the Maurya Sheraton Hotel where visiting US Presidents usually stay!

I feel these guys havent scratched the surface of Delhi coz there is Old Delhi and New Delhi(planned city). There are soooo many more places, i m not discounting their experience but they have wrongly named their video! Ot should have been" Visit to Humayun''s tomb n et al".
There are many many super old resteraunts some even close to half a centuary! Then there is India gate and the Chatwalas there "mouth watering" and sooo many more!!
