Hey, thanks for the informative presentation. I bought a 2024 Forester Limited last month here in Vermont (to replace our well-driven 2009 Forester). Love the vehicle, but I was getting frustrated panning through all the manuals that came with it to gather just basic info. Your video here helped much in understanding features, particularly the interior instrumentation. Peace and God bless.
Thanks for watching! Congrats on your new Forester! Thats exactly why I make these videos! I hate going through the 10LB owners manuals and not finding what I'm looking for!
Great review, I bought a 24 model with 1300 miles from a Toyota dealership, they weren’t very familiar with it features Your video helped tremendously. Thank
I have a question when I first bought my 2024 that RED CAMERA light you mentioned that the system was trying to scan you in it was never on in my vehicle now it's on all the time is that light supposed to be on all the time I find it very distracting.
I've never really paid attention to how long it's stayed on while I've been driving. It just hasn't caught my attention. If you're not actively using the system and don't care if it tells you that you're not looking at the road/drowsy, you could disable it/turn it off by pressing the button by your left knee on the dash.
It's significantly different than your 2018. Improved/upgraded platform, updated 2.5L engine, more usable interior space, improved seats, improved safety, faster electric strutt power lift gate, and the list goes on and on Not that the 2018's weren't good vehicles, there's just been a ton of improvements/upgrades for the new ones.
Most informative video I have viewed. TY
Thanks for watching!
Thank you. One of the most complete overviews of the Forester I've seen!
Thanks for watching! I appreciate the comment!

well done
Thank you!
I wonder how the leather seats hold after few years? I’m a little afraid
I get older Subarus traded in semi-often and the leather holds up really well in them.
@@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist thank you
The 2024 limited does not have rear seat heat at our dealer in Smithtown NY???
I'm in Canada 🇨🇦 and there are some differences in options between trims in the USA vs up North.
Heated rear seats are only available in the touring trim in the US.
@@mofallsfan yeah, we get a few more features in the majority of our vehicle trim levels.
It’s a touring not a limited in Florida at least
Incorrect. It's most definitely a Limited.
The trim level names are different here in Canada than in the USA.
Not too much different from my 2018 Forester. Think I'll keep it!!!!

The last real Forester
Guess we'll see what the 2025 Forester brings.
@@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist 2025 looks great
@agak61 looks are subjective! I'm reserving judgment until I see one in person
