Looks fun. I prefer the wetter soil and more trees of northern Utah. But are you saying that you prefer a fire road (referring to riding next to your buddy) so single track?

Nice singletrack but that dust would piss me off if I was riding behind anyone. In fact you just couldn't ride behind anyone it would be a complete White Out yeah?

It is good to ride any trail at least once. Only then you will truly know how you feel about it. If you didn't ride this trail, I wouldn't have seen it. lol Thanks. I am advising all the riders I am subscribed to, to buy this www.proshotcam.com/ or maybe you can make 1. That might be another good vid for you to do too. Also because cam will be in front your mouth, voice is clear even in the sealed cases. No addition mic necessary. I am not affiliated with the product or brand. I just got mine 2 weeks ago and its the bomb. You can check my last vid to see the view.

Any maps on where to stage for trails around Kennedy Meadows?

It's California you need to buy a campground pass and camp in designated locations only

Little late to the party - but trails leave straight from Troy Meadows and Fish Creek campgrounds. May be able to stage from Blackrock Visitor Center if you're just there for a day trip and don't wanna pay to camp.

What I've heard is Mecca for bikes is Moab Utah, I'm also into 4x4's, so I plan to make it out there with my truck and my bike!

+theninja001 yes the only thing with Moab is that is seasonal, to hot in summer z absolutely no shade lots of sun screen and water. I might go there in November if things work out the way I plan

+Vegas RoManiac yes, I definitely plan to visit Moab in the cooler parts of the year, probably around March or April

You took the wrong trail. There are much better ones.

I feel the same way about Kennedy, I've only ridden there once and it was rocks, dust and whoops the whole time! I guess all the you tube videos don't really show the whoops but they are definitely there! I have some better woods riding I like to do, but it's farther away.,it's a shame because I am about 1 1/2 hours from Kennedy. I guess it's just so popular and over-ridden, it gets all whooped out, just like Jawbone canyon!

+theninja001 well that makes me feel a little bit better, I thought I was a grouch, but it's a far drive from Vegas and really not that good riding... I'm trying mammoth lakes next, I've heard ld that's a cool place to be on

+Vegas RoManiac that's where I prefer, Mammoth has a lot more variety. And a lot of fun for dual sports, plenty of roads to keep you happy! Do yo still have a plated bike? Either way, even with just a dirt bike, you can hit a new trail every 10 minutes as there are roads everywhere! And it's mostly roads up there, not single track, so you can open it up and use all your gears! I recommend crossing 395 and riding towards Bald mountain and glass mountain
