    That groin pain is no joke. I pulled my groin once and it took like 4 months to heal. I tried doing this and it feels a bit awkward, but I'm going to keep trying.

    An angel must have lead me here. Thank you for putting these wonderful videos with excellent content out.
    My hip flexors burn when I do the boat pose (even the modified version with my feet bent). Does this mean it's weak and it needs strengthening?

      TheSunshinefee yes your hip flexors are weak and tight . I Will make a newer , these are for your hip external rotators but Will also Help your overall health . I have an older video for hip flexors and i Will make a newer and better video for you in the near future . You could still see the older video on my hip treatment plan videos playlist .
