I propose this story. It's a bit of a mix between Naruto, Percy Jackson and Disney's Hercules animated film. Naruto is the son of Athena and the god Kami. Of course the two are from two different mythologies, but existing in the same universe they meet. Naruto is a god, but he is attacked. Ares sends his minions to kill him with a special poison. The reason is because a prophecy says that Naruto will save the entire universe from countless threats. Ares, who wants to conquer the universe, wants him dead, but cannot act directly and sends his minions who unfortunately no one knows he has recruited. Fortunately they are discovered and Naruto does not die, but loses his divinity. it's as if he has become a demigod, but with the possibility of becoming a god again if he becomes a true hero. Unfortunately Naruto cannot stay with his parents for multiple reasons. One of them is that staying where he has already been attacked is not a good idea. However, this makes all the gods on alert and Ares can no longer act. The world of the Olympians is like the one we know, but the Japanese gods rule the world The Elemental Nations. After Naruto's birth, Kami discovered that his son has a destiny to fulfill in his world before the universe and that Naruto is the child of prophecy. Deciding that this is the test to make him a god again, he is taken to the Elemental Nations. Minato and Kushina love each other and are a couple, but they cannot have children. Danzo would like Naruto as a weapon, but Minato has no interest in losing his son and has no intention of pissing off a god because of an idiot like Danzo. So to be safe he decides to remove all political and military power from Danzo. Danzo doesn't take it well and decides to attack the council with root. It ends well and Danzo is dead. This will also help with the Uchihas. Not having Danzo to create problems and discord, the situation with them is resolved peacefully. As for Naruto, he is much more powerful than the canon one even when he has to recover his divinity. Being the son of Kami he has chakra and more as well as similar abilities to Athena. As a power level at twelve years old you can think of Hagoromo. After the war and regaining his divinity he becomes immensely stronger. As girls and future wives it's a little complicated, but you can solve it with this. Naruto can travel between both worlds and be with mortal girls. Konoha already has those who train demigods. You could still add some goddesses who don't have husbands, but of course not Athena. For the girls of Konoha there are Hinata and Ino. Adding more of Konoha or other nations and villages is your choice. Keep in mind that the canon events of Naruto more or less happen, but with an op Naruto defeating enemies without difficulty. As far as the universe is concerned, Ares has allied himself with the Titans and the Otsutsuki. But Naruto after the fourth war has the support of both worlds and has traveled throughout the universe. Naruto created friendships and bonds with other deities. When Ares' threat is discovered everyone prepares to defeat them. Ares did not expect that other deities and armies would also participate against him and his allies are defeated.
