    This was my first workout with you and you reminded me why I love barre so much! So much grace and pain all in the same workout, and a lot of work in just 35 minutes. Loved it and can't wait to try more of your workouts!

    My goodness, that was so wonderfully tough! I've done 6 Ironmans and thought I was strong but had to pause a couple times during your session. Really well done, Kaylie.

    Loved this workout at nearly 18 weeks pregnant. Just subbed the stomach crunches at the end with leg only work. What a GREAT workout!

    I still prefer your challenging vinyasa flows with core work but barre once in a while is a good complement. Ready for my trail run now! 😅🙏🏼
