4 DELICIOUS CHICKEN LIVER RECIPE | Kusina ni Lola
INGREDIENTS FOR No.1 (Chicken liver omelette)
1.3 lbs chicken liver
3 large eggs
1 stalk green onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper + 3/4 tsp paprika + 3/4 tsp oregano (optional but recommended)
1 large chayote, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
INGREDIENTS FOR No.2 (Fried chicken liver and onions)
1.5 lbs chicken liver
1 small egg
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine (or oil instead)
Salt and pepper to taste + 1/2 tsp oregano (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste + 3/4 tsp garlic powder + 3/4 tsp onion powder + 3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin (optional) + 1 tsp calamansi extract or lemon juice + 2 tbsp cornstarch
Cooking oil for frying
INGREDIENTS No. 3 (Crispy fried chicken liver)
2 lbs chicken liver
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt +1 tsp paprika + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp oregano (optional but recommended)
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 pack 62g Crispy Fry breading mix + 1 cup flour + 1 tsp paprika + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp salt
Cooking oil for frying
INGREDIENTS No. 3 (Chicken liver with gravy)
1.5 lbs chicken liver (bite-sized)
1/4 tsp black pepper + 1 tbsp Maggi liquid seasoning calamansi
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 tbsp flour
1 cup hot water
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green chili pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3/4 tsp soy sauce
3/4 of beef cube seasoning
