I ordered a hp 15s from Amazon. When I opened the box there was a extremely damaged LENOVO I repeat a LENOVO laptop inside the box of a Hp laptop. It's my first ever laptop. I can’t stop crying. I informed the customer service. They said to contact back after 4 days. Now I don’t know what is going to happen.

Didn't get the refund till now. They have delayed the process multiple times, like 4 to 5 times and just say a meaningless sorry whenever I call the customer care. For every call on average I had to spend half an hour some times almost one hour just hear a sorry and "your refund was initiated but there was a technical glitch so it got canceled. I am sending a request to initiate the refund once again" It's been more than a month now they keep giving multiple excuses 😞
Corruption is everywhere..very few are genuine today...please share the seller name and address in the description box.and also the buying link..you can complain to consumer forum if you are scamed or not getting your money back!!!

I also bought my acer predator few months ago, The way they ship the product to me was just ridiculous. there was no extra outer box package. It was just company black acer box. and they just delivered to me as its with that box only. I was scared the whole time until I open the box. but luckily the laptop was not damage.

It depends upon seller to seller which seller did you get it from plz mention it too and one more important thing always get the delivery person to unbox it don't share otp unless you are satisfied its booting or not etc etc all the check done or not

I also ordered the same laptop it was delievered in fine condition but screen goes black whenever you plug in or out the charger. They provide only replacement they said
This is because it switches refresh rate whenever you plug or unplug charger
This is default function don't worry you machin is fine
It is normal when you plug in or plug out charger the screen goes off for 1 second!!!

bhai laptop lena hai toh i think we should buy from manufactures own e commerce like dell connect or asus directly as gray scale market ka issues hai.
But most of the time Amazon and Flipkart provide much better offers than manufacturers own E-store. I'm also confused, Because which laptop i want to buy, Flipkart offering 15K less than manufacturers own website price.

Maine bohot saare Offline E-stores mein call kiya tha. But sab log ek hi baat bol rahe they, "S14 OLED version sirf online market mein milega, offline nahi". Offline stores only Asus Vivobook S15 OLED available hai. Jo mujhe nahi chahiye.

I ordered same laptop few days ago thank god I got good product with no issues at first I was little bit scared because the delivery guy was not ready for open delivery...... I asked him many times but he was not ready at last I gave him opt and he handed laptop to me while opening i was very sacred my hands were shaking..... I made the video of opening the package for safety side thn I took a breath I got brand new product and everything was fine 😌
