    Just a quick heads up. The CMD starts in Select Mode. So as soon as you click in it, it halts the application and waits for input.
    You can disable it in the properties.

    Does anyone know how working on HMIs works with a server project? Are changes to HMIs things that I can only do in the Server Project view?

    Thanks 😊! Is it possible to sincronize multiuser in Dropbox folder? Or is necessary a server?

    Thanks for these explication but if we synchronize the first project and after the second without doing a refresh, what will append to the modification ?

    If we are finished with working on project and are going to site to implement project to PLC. Do I take updated local session to site or do you advise somehow extract server project version?
    If so, how to exctract server project version to my PC to use it as non multiuser project?

    What is difference between red, yellow and blue flag on project tree while editing multiuser project

    • @hegamurl7434
      @hegamurl7434  5 років тому +2

      Explained at ~9:40:
      Blue = You are currently working on this part
      Yellow = A colleague is currently working on this part
      Red = You AND a colleague are currently working on the same part (might cause conflicts)

    Hi Hegamurl!
    Is there any chance to save the project once you have made many changes in a different place?
    For now, I think we have just got the copy on the Local Server, if I want a copy in my desktop or somewhere else?
    As far as I know there is no chance to save as..
    Thanks!

      Yes there is! Your local session is just a copy of the project with the addition that it's marked as a linked server project. If you want to fully work offline, you can: In the Porject -> Manage Project Servers there is a checkbox for "Work offline", which lets you open server projects just locally. There also is an option to mark a project on the server as a offline project, which will just be editable by you and as soon as you are online again and mark the project as editable and online on the server, anyone else can access it as usual

    Is it possible to simulate and test project while on multiuser.

    • @hegamurl7434
      @hegamurl7434  5 років тому +2

      Yes! You are working on a local copy and can do everything you normally can. It just helps to coordinate with you colleagues!

    what will happend when i and my colleague use the same FB number or the same bit memory, whiche one will be written when we uploaded the project on server

      Remember, the bit memory status is determined by the program during runtime, not what changes you are making locally.

    Ich muss ehrlich sagen dass diese Videos nicht sehr gut sind. Willst du die Qualität deiner Videos verbessern? Wenn ja, dann überlege mal wieviel Info ein Video mit einer Dauer von 20 Minuten hergibt. Zum Vergleich : es gibt Videos von (u. a.) Siemens. Diese dauern um die 5 Minuten und man lernt und erfährt mehr. Kurz gesagt, du ziehst es extrem in die Länge.

      Also wenn ihr es genau wissen wollt... im Grunde ist jedes Video aus ca. 5min Doku lesen entstanden... es geht also schneller, klar. Aber jeder hat einen unterschiedlichen Lerntyp und meine Videos sind für die breite Masse. Wer es schneller will muss halt einfach Doku lesen und selber machen 😉
