You’d be extremely lucky to get 40 W out of this circuit- dissipation a cross the psi is 72 W and even with a generous 50% efficiency you can only max at 36W output, rms. It’s sure to be a very clean circuit though, so why spoil a good design and build by outright lying?
The only way to measure power accurately is across a fixed load and a regulated power source and then a signal generator and a good scope. It will tell you everything that you’re ear’s won’t! And it’s as good as you’re going to get with the test equipments calibration for error. Some 2N3772’s for the 4 output transistors, along with a 2SA1516 in place of the 2SB688 would help up the gain and output ratings. Use some higher wattage resistors on the emitter shunt and you’re golden!

Please, please do yourself a very big favor and don't spend your efforts, time, components and money in these "circuits" here which barely will work -in the best case. It's all just fake and lies. Building an amplifier which really works isn't rocket-science, but the circuit looks VERY different compared to that crap here. Try to get basic knowledge how a amplifier works. And if you see a amplifier circuit somewhere which you may find interesting please try to have in mind that the output transistor always have to be a complementary pair, consisting of npn and pnp. If this is not the case you should be very suspicious. Btw: the complementary pnp for the 2N3055 here is the MJ2955. Both of them are real "dinosaurs" in terms of transistors, cause they're since more than 50 years on the market. A pair of them is able to deliver something around 40...50W into a 4 ohm speaker -if you feed them with a supply voltage of about 50V.
Well, the 2N3055 is a normal NPN transistor usualiy working with a complementary MJ2955 PNP. The work volatge (emitor- colector) is about 60 volt and on 8 ohm speaker you can push out 200Wat pure sinus.

Una corrección, la tierra del potenciómetro debe ser el primer pin no el tercero, esta conectado al contrario, asi cuando baje el volumen mas bien aumenta.

So the output voltage will be 3.6V. (12V/100 then the 0.12 times the 30% it will be 3.6V. So lets calculate further. 3.6V on square and divided by the speaker inpedance. so it will be 6.48W at the best scenario. where is the performance that you trying to say?

I cant figure out if this is total BS or just misguided. At best it looks like a Class A amplifier with the speaker in the transistor collector load, which will put a large amount of DC through the speaker and likely burn it out. It will give very little audio power and get very hot.
