the speakers actually move pretty decently, so this amp does indeed put out a lot of power. It's definitely not 500w because you need more power but I would say it's probably 20 or 30w. You need more voltage and a bigger battery

It would make more sense, if the two diodes were connected to the base, rather than the collector of the 2SC2922. Otherwise, the D718 is just connected directly across the power supply through the two diodes. If the D718 tries to turn on, it will blow, and likely destroy the diodes as well. If connected to the base, it could turn OFF the 2SC2922, at the same time as turning ON the 2SA1216. Both transistors essentially sharing the 10K resistors bias current through the D718. The 10 Ohm resistor seems like an awful low impedance to drive through a 10 K potentiometer.

@@souffianeyasser those speakers certainly do move a lot so they must be producing low freqencies. if they were producing only mids and highs they wouldn't move nearly as much. as i said, to get the most out of speakers, they need to be in a speaker box.
