Pastellaki by Eliza

It is not difficult to make excellent pasteli, Cypriot Pastelaki, at your home. We put A) 3 cups (about 350g) of sesame seeds, B) 3 cups (half a kilo) of peeled, and lightly salted peanuts, C) 5 spoons of sugar, D) 4 - 5 spoons of honey and E) one spoon of colourless vinegar. We make an excellent pastry in a 30X40 cm pan. #MEchatzimike
