Not to jump ahead of myself... but I sure would love to see a Death Netflix series :)

Dream is not just the personfication of Dreams. He is the personification of everything that never was. He can make fiction reality and reality fiction.
Ooooh! I like the way you explained it!
Now that I think of it, this book accurate description doesn't mean anything
Well that's what a dream is.
Death is not just other character...she is his sister. And Dream is "her little brother". This series is going to be epic
"he's not your typical superhero" yeah, because he's not a superhero, lol. He and his family are entities and don't give f, they are not good or bad.
The actor looks so similar to dream.
I swear they better do justice to the 24 hours in a diner issue
That would be so wonderfully awful.
The Endless are the most powerful entities in the DC universe, with the exception of The Presence and possible Lucifer; but it's a moot point because they can't actually be killed, without (presumably) erasing all sentient life across all multiverses. And you would never want to mess with any of them, particularly Dream, Desire, and Despair. Literally a fate worse than Death.
Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer Morningstar
Sturridge has done films but he's more notable in theatre. And as a celebrity he's best known for being Robert Pattinson's best friend and sharing a child with Sienna Miller.
Tom Sturridge is quite famous, I bet he has worked with any famous actor you name.
yep, in the comics they were also trying to summon Death. Roderick basically wanted to put an end to death, so everyone could live forever. getting Dream was a mistake.
lol @ Lulu looking more and more apprehensive the more she hears about the story
fyi, if you haven't read Sandman: Overture, i recommend it. it tells the story of what Dream was doing (saving the multiverse), right before Roderick captured him.
I think I didn't do a great job explaining it!
An eternal being would take 50 yrs as a yawn it's just a blink of an eye to him
"Can YOU have any idea what it was LIKE? Can you have ANY IDEA?
CONFINED in a glass box for three score years and ten. A human LIFETIME.
TIME moves no FASTER for my kind than it does for humanity, and in PRISON it CRAWLED at a snail's pace..."
A direct quote from the graphic novel.
Your hair looks so pretty
She's on only fans
If you have not seen it. On Audible there is a sandman audiobook that is a direct adaptation of the graphic novel. There are now 2 parts out. Its narrated by Neil Gaiman and has a fully voiced cast.
It was 70 years in captivity in the books, but because they forwarded to present day, in the series he would have been locked in that glass egg for 105 years
I read it as far back as you did but I had the pleasure of listening to the audiobook (which is of Neil Gaiman's doing too). Revisiting Dream as he escaped was wonderful, the idea that he never said a word for all that time, and the process of him reclaiming his power. I loved that.
Now this worth of a view finally someone knows the story material of the trailer not unlike some reactors who only needed the views but never understood the source.
please watch the new sandman teaser
It seems like a long run when you're only getting one per month, but considering how much the main series encompassed, I think 75 issues was pretty compact.
Me: Death in Sir Terry Pratchett's books 📖 📚 📚 📚 is 100% Better; Right Death?
