From 2005 to 2017 I was a traveling personal trainer building a vision, a brand, and the experience to start my own business in 2014 Team Irving Fitness. It has been 10 years since my last You Tube video...a lot has change within my business and the Health and Fitness Industry. "The Journey", brings you up to date with what Team Irving Fitness has developed into, while showing you new equipment in our very own studio.
