This video has helped me out of a jam more than once!. I wish I would just make myself a Work Instruction already! Thanks for the great video! and best wishes to you and yours!
Sir, great videos, thank you, but does the forming tool let you see how much force is needed to apply to form this and how much can a sheet of any material and thickness be stretched, until it breaks? Thank you.
1. To reach form a sheet metal you should apply more force than materials' yield strenght value at least. 2. You shouldnt extend the ultimate strength of materials.
after this how do you know the sheet metal that you will need to do this part? Does the program assumes that the sheet that you made (at the 5min mark more or less) is the one that will be used to produce the part?
I want to do a part that bends all the way in 2 directions X and Y doing a inverted V in one of them like: _/\_ and 2 half a circules in the other like: _/\_/\ _ i will also do some holes but i think that's no problem I already have the part made but i have to know the sheet metal needed to make it
when i also tried this but when i make the main part and insert into the sheet metal error shows that - there is no positioning sketch for inserting the form feature. so what should i do please help
Sir is some trouble in save forming tool in file I am first time use mold tool for make same part same as like your vidio part I can easily made forming tool but when I follow your- part saving instructions ,after save tool when I open design library for pick a tool for utilities it's forming projection But It not show design library

How to get flatpattern drawing for forming parts sir
sir i have que. can we position form tool through constrain instead of dimension on sheetmetal part
If we want to punch a shape from a rectangular sheet so that it has the least deviation what is the solution ???
Sir, great videos, thank you, but does the forming tool let you see how much force is needed to apply to form this and how much can a sheet of any material and thickness be stretched, until it breaks? Thank you.
1. To reach form a sheet metal you should apply more force than materials' yield strenght value at least.
2. You shouldnt extend the ultimate strength of materials.
Where can i find 2d drawings of all of your videos
