    Wow. Working that oak like it's butter. I know how difficult that must actually be! Simply beautiful chisel/gouge-work!

    I love your work and hope to be as good as you one day. Have you ever heard of Majoras Mask? I’d love to see you make one ;)

      Thank you very much. Yes, I have seen such a mask, but it is very simple to make. But I will write it down, maybe I will

      @@oleksandrhrytsaiwoodcarvin1051 That’s interesting. I guess it is quite a simple mask from a Zbrush point of view, but I think it could be difficult to make sure everything is symmetrical and painting all of the aged details would be quite complex. Thanks for the reply.

      Yes you are right. In this mask, the main difficulty is symmetry. I didn’t understand where this mask came from, I found a short video on UA-cam, this is from the game, why is this mask so famous?

    • @scuzzparkour
      @scuzzparkour 2 роки тому +1

      @@oleksandrhrytsaiwoodcarvin1051 because the game is so famous and had a huge impact on the game industry as a whole. It touched on themes never really explored in gaming previously, and Majoras Mask was behind it all. It was a Zelda game, they’re as famous as games get really :)

      I heard a lot about this game but did not play it. I saw the mask on the Internet but did not give it any meaning. Thank you for the explanation;)

    Yeah nice, but way too edited. I want to see each element started through to finishing, too much carving information missing

      Hello. I am planning a video in which I will explain in detail and share my experience, I will tell you everything I know about woodcarving, but now I don’t have time for that. What questions are you interested in?

      @@oleksandrhrytsaiwoodcarvin1051 I love your work and your videos are so helpful. I would like to know how you plan out your pieces. I have read that some carvers make their initial drawings based on the sizes and shapes of gouges that they have. That way, they know exactly which gouge to use on a particular element. Do you "plan ahead" like this? Thank you!
