I recently just started taking interest in cardboards, this vid helped a lot thx, pls keep it up. I know it's 2023 and it sounds silly taking interest in something like this but it's just really fun to me creating stuff together with my little ones, and that's what matters to me. Thank you again
Ty, I abandoned the channel but want to rebound:)
Thank you for taking so much detail in this so it is hard to miss.

I needed this for my edward elric cosplay tysm
Well done. I've been wanting to make an Infinity Gauntlet from cardboard and I think this will help get me started. Thanks!
Excellent! I agree, all you need is a short gauntlet attached at the base and to bulk the frame up with aesthetic cardboard.
The gauntlet is big, I'd make it a single piece you can slide your hand through and hot glue the gauntlet to the upper part at the wrist with bent cardboard tabs so you have mobility. Tape the tabs on the inside for strength.
You can widen the finger and thumb wings to cover more area, I made mine small for mobility but you can cover most of the fingers by cutting the design differently. You might need to double up the rubber bands tho.
I hope that helps, good luck!
Really good design and description of the build Mine turned out really good 👍
Thanks, that's great! Wanna send me pics? I'd love to see it! I'm Makerholic_ on instagram :)
@@makerholic5524 sure But Im at school right now so Ill send you some later
Awesome! Can't wait!!
This is so cool and really helpful!
Amazing, I can change or add to this , it’s free and a good base for ideas like more heavy or metal looking ideas , thinner even , it’s perfect
That was the goal, sounds like you've got it! Good luck 👍
This is great! Cosplayers should take notes!🙂
Thanks! I'm sure trying lol
It's good man. Keep em coming.
Thank you Jeremy! I've taken a break from youtube, learning to write music! I want to uniquely score my future videos with guitar.
My next video is near completion, A sick broadsword with an extending handle! After that is a kite shield that is also a sheath for the sword, there are pics on my insta (Makerholic_)
After that I wanna make Guts sword from berserk, then maybe his evolved armor! We'll see, I'm just getting back into the game xD
Thanks again for the nice comment :)
Excellent video and edit bro!
Thanks! I stepped up my game editing my next video, a broadsword with an extending handle, and it's prolly gonna be 45 minutes long xD
You can see pics of the build on my social media, lots of links in the description lol

Thanks Mun DMC! I won't let you down lol
I just made 5 different accounts just to subscribe to this guy
Thanks, Anything you liked in particular?
Also I appreciate it but adding accounts that don't actively watch videos doesn't really help, unless you watch my videos on each one (which would be absurd, don't do that 😆)
Thanks again tho!
noice! keep it up bro
Thanks! You too, it's great having you on Raphael's live streams. You're informative for the viewers and help me keep the peace :)
@@makerholic5524 thanks man! Hope to see you in future live streams too! (Keep up the good work with the channel!)
"Put your finger in the hole" very QUESTIONABLE 😂😂😂
Yeah, my relatives watch my videos so I try not to make innuendos if I can help it 😆
did you draw on your hadn with... sharpie?
I have a question sir. My hands are very small (I’m a young cosplayer) and I’m not sure these measurements will fit to my hand. Do you have any suggestions on how I find the correct size? By the way this video is phenomenal and incredibly detailed. Thank you for this amazing video!❤
Oh my! Did I not respond? Sorry
Honestly, don't watch this video like it's the Bible on hand armor.
I just tried and failed and tried and failed until I made something that worked, then I wrote a script and made it again on camera with the voice over
I don't know your hand size or measurements so I can't tell you how to make it
However, if you have small hands then I'd recommend much flatter cardboard
As for hand size, just try and fail a few times. You'll get it :)
@@makerholic5524 thank you!😊
Do you need to get hot glue gun?😢
You could do it with regular white glue, or wood glue, those are cheapest.
However, you have to keep pressure on them and wait as they set
Super glue works, but is expensive and kinda shatters as you put stress on it
Tape is possible, but similarly short term
Overall, the cheapest method in the long run is investing in a glue gun and glue sticks
I like your voice
Lol thanks, I played a bit too much of a character with these videos but in the future I'll be more natural 😉
@@makerholic5524 can you make killer's sword thing from one piece?
Me, a French guy :
What the f is an inch ??????🇲🇫🇲🇫🇲🇫🇲🇫🇲🇫
In my later video (which intended to kick off an armor series), I added metric units 😀, haven't posted a tutorial since then tho sadly
