What baking pans are you using? My La Cornue is only 17 1/2 ", all the website information says I can use a an 18 x 13 x 1" pan. I do not understand how.. I cannot find any pans to fit the oven, except super small pans. I am so disappointed inn this purchase.
The range they are using contains a gas oven and an electric oven. The gas oven is slightly larger in depth and therefore is able to accommodate that pan size. The oven located on the right side is electric and slightly shallower. Both ovens provide even convection heat cooking, however, the gas stove is preferred for tasks such as roasting a turkey, chicken, etc. because it provides a moist heat that will keep your food from getting dry. Nonetheless, the electric oven is ideal for baking due to its dry heat, producing the ideal environment for dessert and pastry centered tasks. Both ovens feature a broiler that can be used to broil more than one dish at the same time rather than the more tedious route required of standard kitchen appliances, making it more efficient.
I wish I could get mine to work for me. Once again burned on outside and raw on inside. These ovens are smaller so throw out any American timing. They burn much hotter and on convection mode figure take temp 25 to 40 degrees lower then recipe calls . On standard mode , bottom and hot warming .... also just to hot for recipes. Try 325 for a 350 temp in recipe. Great to look at ... my Wolf in other home is far superior .... but not as pretty.
I watched this work exactly as the video shows!
😋

Have you tried All-Clad or Mauviel? I use Faulk cookware
