Erik you should ask you boss to buy some sockets to fit that nut size, then machine a slot down the side. You’ll save a lot of time on future service calls

Is there any reason why the leds aren’t electrically isolated from the logic circuits? Led issues shouldn’t cause a whole unit to have problems
