Every video of kimbra I feel I've watched a movie.
A lot of music tries really hard to tap into people's emotions. This one made me feel her pain, effortlessly.
This to will pass it may be that much more challenging to feel humble a bit of unspoken joy in how she say's sings her own representation including emotional content. isn't she good at this? Hope my family grows up to feel such freedom. yvo
Love the raw simplicity and pureness of this track. Also the light orchestration backing track makes me wonder what a Kimbra written Bond Theme would sound like.

I love this because it's just her voice. I knew she had this powerful voice, but now people who may have been tentative about her talents can actually know just how brilliant Kimbra is. I can't wait for Primal Heart.

This is unacceptably underrated.
There's our girl. I love her technical musicality and ability to manipulate sound but I LOVE her stripped. Her voice alone is the greatest sound of all. I wish she knew.
This came in around the perfect time. This depicts how I feel. Reminiscing about people from the past and realizing that some of the stuff that i have said or done, they didnt deserve it at all. And if there was a chance I would change it but there isnt. And all you can do is hope that they are doing well

This feels like it is somehow a cousin to "As You Are" from The Golden Echo. Its more vulnerable and more personal though. This is my favourite from Primal Heart so far. It feels fragile and strong at the same time. The strength that comes from being vulnerable is powerful. The dissonant moments in the string parts really highlight how being truthful is not always pleasant, not always pretty...

I've always been a fan, but I've thought there was more potential there then what we've seen. This album is everything I knew was in her. It's incredibly focused and thoughtful. Every song is cohesive and well put together, but feels incredibly fresh. This song hits me at my core. I get chills every time.
