I remember when it all started....in Jr. High school. The hardcore house era gave everyone independance and freedom, the birth of the dp "ditching parties". the movement was a mix of greaser and breaker the birth of the "rebel" dance. The Los Angeles latino gansters seen was dying and the Party Crews started to form. It was all about bitches, mickeys malt liquor, nos ballons, bangs on your tip of head, battles and fuck the police!!!! towards the end of the era the was water gun parties. HARDCORE

Hard house obviously meant something different in the US to what it meant in the UK.
This is pretty hard stuff, a bit monotonous, the kind of thing I can imagine being played to sweaty diehards who didn't want to go home at 6am and so were consequently hoovering up even more chemicals in 414 in Brixton, i.e. after-club clubbing for the truly committed, or maybe the truly insane. That's because in the US, usually the DJ would pull out some scratch routines with what you're listening in this video. The hard house in this video was meant to be played by scratch Djs who've had their fair share of experience with hip hop and disco beats. This hardhouse is more of a fill in the gaps type of thing.
