Hey Mate, do you use a computer program to lay out the pie cuts in a 3d model? I am having all sorts of issues trying to convert a fusion 360 modelled pipe into flat sheet metal templates. Cheers
@JL Motorsport Yeah, i have been able to create a straight expansion chamber in the sheetmetal environment. But i would really like to have all my weld seams aligned and keep them hidden on the inside of the pipe. So once i start trying to work around the 3d plotted path, it gets really difficult and seems like fusion isn't really well set up to do this. Can you recommend a better program or a video example to help me out? Thanks for your reply.
thats a special locking plate I custom made. If you need one, can put it on my ebay page as I did with the front brake caliper bracket for the 300mm brake disc.
Hi, you can get it through my ebay page www.ebay.co.uk/itm/235322811104?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=R2UPjvMISEC&sssrc=2051273&ssuid=R2UPjvMISEC&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY or instagram/facebook page(cheaper)
Hi Robert, Dont really do them for public, only do bespoke ones for my builds, people are not used to pay for these stainless fabrications. They think they can compare bespoke exhausts with stamped ones like FMF's and Dep's. The plastic kit is made in Portugal. If you live in the UK, Im not sure if you can import them anymore due to brexit, tried last month to import them without success.
Amazing work you did on that pipe. It looks amazing and probably works amazing also.
cheers mate 😁 Stay tunned for the testing video

You need to design it out of sheet metal from start, Cad softwares usually cant covert conical solids into sheet metal.
