Pretty neat game overall. I feel like it might fall into the same camp as other games like ReCore, simply due to a lack of exposure. Which is a shame, because it does have some solid mechanics. Either way, awesome video! Really glad this came up in my feed. What RPG's would you recommend, that everyone should try at least once?
That's A very hard question to answer because I have A list of like 50 games I could recommend. But I'll say this. For indie games. I highly recommend Withering Rooms. Its challenging. But has a really cool concept In terms of story, and I found the gameplay pretty fun with the build variety. For someones first time RPG. I will always recommend the Super Mario RPG remake. It's easy, and A great place to learn the ropes of turn based games. Then In terms of some bigger RPGs. I always push Lost Odyssey, and Tales Of Berseria. Lost Odyssey Is just an incredible experience, and Tales Of Berseria has one of the best stories In gaming to me. Also as A bonus. I've only played two games In the series. But the Atelier games have some of the best crafting I have ever seen In any video game, and one of these days I will be diving into A video to talk about this. Because I really do believe Its that impressive. Not sure If this Is A great answer to your question. But I appreciate you taking the time to comment!
The best part of this game is how broken it is in a fun way. You won't experience many bugs when playing normally, but all it takes is a little push to get out of bounds or sequen break the game. I've managed to get a full set of endgame gear and accessing level 8 dungeons just a few days into the game. If this game became popular it'd be a speedrunner's dream.
@@JaredRPG I just love seeing games dissected. Though some of the out of bounds glitches I have found are far from speedrunning. I'd spend 10 minutes having Luisa run up a wall to skip a 45 second battle, lol.
Thank you for the helpful, balanced review! I really like your writing, and your intonation makes the sentences easy to follow. One thing, I think if you paused a little longer between sentences it would help me soak it in better. But overall, like your style 😊
Been playing this game here and there since launch. Really solid game so far and one of the best I've played this year. The graphics remind me of "Sable".
@@JaredRPG I'm not a big fan of puzzle games (ironic given the two games we're discussing) but the music and art direction of Sable are so beautiful I can look past that. Also gliding through a Moebius inspired desert is a dream of mine.
IF they're partnered with sbi I dwa2dwt Don't want anything 2 do with them. If not, the game looks like your typical hack and slash with boss fights. A solid genre in its own right, sadly, a lot of games are moving towards a coop experience. If this game lacks coop, I'll be steering clear for now.
Fair enough! It's just A single player experience with no coop. But I do agree. It seems like many games are trying to work coop into them In one way or another.
@JaredRPG Well then, regardless of the sbi situation I'll give it a shot, I loved jet set radio, legend of Zelda and many other games this reminds me of as some sort of unique ip mashup, watched a couple episodes of a playthrough on youtube and this looks like just the sort of entertainment I enjoy 😉
I don't know about all of you. But I'm really enjoying Indie games just as much as AAA games right now!
Just as much? Mannn, screw triple a's, Indies are the actual mvps of gaming, indie all the way my man! ✨
Just finished it and it’s absolutely AMAZING! It’s so well done and beautiful. They did a really good job. I hope they make another one
Couldn't agree more, and I would love A sequel!
you NEED more views this is well edited and super fun to watch. good job.
Thank you! Really appreciate the kind words.
Playing it right now! So good. Well made video!
Thanks! Also glad your enjoying It.

@@sarah.em.bee27 I appreciate the advice since I never really thought of that, and thank you for taking the time to check out the video!
I loved this game!
Glad to hear that! Hopefully we get A sequel someday!
Wasnt this on some show we watched together? it rings a bell
Was probably something Xbox related. lol
I mean if you just beat a God and its chosen Consort.. this game looks like a cozy game after that achievement XD
@@LordMaxed And I did It proudly with A lizard on A stick!
I appreciate this. It’s a great game and needs love.
Thank you, and I strongly agree!
I've been excited about this one since the Xbox showcase and I'm having a blast.
Glad to hear your enjoying It!
I absolutely loved the game it was super fun to play not to long and from start to finish a great time had which is what a game should be
Well said! So many games are made to pad out time for the sake of It instead of just providing A nice streamline experience.
this game reminds me of Hi-Fi rush.

Love the look of this!
It's such A fun, and vibrant style!
Wish this was on PlayStation 5
Same. Always sucks when games get limited to A few platforms. Personally would love to have A game like this on my Switch.
I was gonna subscribe but then you lost me with that Starfield review. Such a shame.
All good! I still appreciate you taking the time to comment, and check out the channel.
so its like Persona 5
True. I was so focused on Zelda I didn't even think about Persona! Been A long time since I've touched one of those games.
First!
Second!

@@JaredRPG true, doesn't make any Gane less interesting than an other, just entices different people differently
@JaredRPG if it's steamdeck verified I might try it out, can always use a good rpg for travelling
