the change of the sprite bottle legitamitely is to improve recycling. It makes a big difference, the lighter and more homogenous the color the polymer is, the greater the chance it will be processed in your local recycling center. Shit on the rest of them but Sprite did good.

Dr. Seuss Enterprises has openly admitted that some older works "portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong." Modern day copies have all been adjusted so most people don't even know this was a thing. I'm not going to take away how helpful his books are to teach children to read, but in a modern day light they deff needed to be changed.

Dr.Seuss was not the saint that people believe he was. He also cheated on his wife who later took her own life because of it, and then 8 months after her death he married his mistress whom also was cheating on her husband at the time. Dr.Seuss's wife's suicide note is also very telling. So like Dr.Seuss was not a good person lol
