I’ve been watching the vlogs for more than 5 years and i’m getting use to how often you acquire then sell things I’m just glad you haven’t changed a bit! I’m looking forward to the new new!!

For me as an interior designer that house, especially the kitchen, is such an inspiration! Transforming something which was so dated in to one the most complete houses I've ever seen. Exciting to see what's next in the Casa trilogy!

This video makes me nostalgic about moments, when you lived in Casa Camo. That was a very intensive times, you traveled a lot and all that "parties" with creative people, jumping in the pool and etc.

I agree. I enjoy the process and feel like after a couple of years you get the itch for something new. I have lived in several homes, never had any emotions towards selling them, even the ones in the USA. I do however have a home in Spain, which was my parents home they built and where I was born. That for me feels like my forever home, don't see me selling it. Yet my other home in Spain, would not mind selling. Although my teen daughter feels about that home the way I feel about my parents home.

No, but of course since you two started a family it is important to have your own family close by; plus you always have the Monoco apartment for better weather. Still gonna miss it, i really enjoyed the Marbella vlogs the most.
Monaco is for for Jons business , there live most millionares in Eu. Taxes stuff and other things.
@@archys7 ofc, but as a swede i can assure you autumn(fall) and winter is depressing af. Dark/cold and bad weather. So it is nice to have a place to escape to for a few weeks here and there

I found you guys via your Marbella Casa Castle video and after that watched all your older videos retrospectively..this is almost bittersweet as I loved the house and especially the Marbella mediterranean vibes!

Agree. I've been to Spain before, but never Marbella, and am going there this fall from the US simply because I learned about it from this channel and looks amazing.

I'll add to the sadness that it's sold but also, so happy to see where you start building again. Cypress sounds like an intriguing place. You would be getting closer to the pyramids, a place that you just have to visit, Jon, you would spend days there especially the Cairo museum. Good luck and I look forward to the future video's.

I saw Janni's video first, so this answers many questions I had. Figured it was because Dad moved and spending summers in Sweden...just makes sense. I feel sad, but happy you will be a family wherever you are. Home is together ❤
Excited for you guys! Big change! I actually thought it's gonna be a your house forever as well (the proposal, cinema room, cool kitchen, little garden, so many cool things about that house), but I absolutely can understand the reasons to sell it. And having this big change feels fresh! Really excited for what's coming next! You're a good example how not to be stagnant in life!

My god people, it's their house. They clearly explained that they're probably never really gonna be there anymore. Why on earth would you keep it then... People out here really getting emotional over someone else's house
Clearly they didn't pay taxes in marbella and finally had to flee Marbella because the Authorities found out and demaded them to register there. That's a very clear explanation.

Why did Rickard went to Cyprus? Well, it's a tax haven, but that's just a guess.
Im sure they will gonna sell monaco at good price and buy an awesome home on cyprus

Well for all of those who doesn't know..Andalusia still has wealth taxes but all of you Swedish people with money and also Russians come to Marbella thinking that you could live here without paying any taxes? That's not the case. Spanish authorities have probably "found him" and demanded that he and also Rickard register in Spain and start paying taxes there which they didn't want to and that's why they had to flee!

It’s interesting how Janni has gotten so attached to the house and Jon is there like: “Meh.”😄 I think his head is already so overwhelmed with other projects, that the nostalgia has no place in it.
A couple of months ago, I read an article about Marbella and I can’t help but feel that it’s a bit dodgy there.

Love how close you guys were to Rickard and the vlogs with him and his family. I think a move to Cyprus to be near him should be strongly considered! Summer house in Sweden near the family, and another house in Cyprus near Rickard. Looking forward to hearing what you guys decide :)

Taxes happened otherwise it does not make any sense that Ricardo leaves Marbella to a tax heaven like Cyprus, after he was looking at other homes in la Zagaleta, his restaurant Occo and his real state Homerunners, and Jon and Janni built their dream home next to his. I found it funny that these two are not attached to anything material
This is exactly what I was thinking. What happens if war breaks out in that region then hes screwed.

after that whole video there wasn't really any real reason why they needed to move so what Richards not there for Christmas Jons parents aren't there
@@venom5809 I would assume Jons companies are already set up in a tax haven location but I don't keep up with there countries tax brackets did they rise like Los angles so many people left

Not Richard's...Authorities fault. These people don't pay taxes in Marbella and the Police is looking in to all those who come and live in Marbella without paying taxes like it's ok. So they both fled fr Marbella as soon as they found out that they have to pay aloooooot of money.
