I think he meant it in a way that nowadays, it's not the most usual thing to have celebrities chat so casually with fans at conventions when they already did panels, meet and greets and stuff they had to do. Also, it's a bit crazy how everyone was so respectful, no rude pushing or shouting, just a conversation with a humble guy.
