I was hesitant to watch this (for wrong reasons which I now know). Now it's one of my favorites. I watched this not knowing the FL, but as i continue to watch the series, her portrayal grew on me. Later, I learned that she is a multi-awarded actress.
Guys you shouldn't watch a drama just because you don't like the actors who played the characters, but if you're going to continue watching the show you'll love it. The heroine played the role amazingly. Let's not normalize judging someone only by their looks without knowing their capabilities and skills.
Have no intention of watching the whole drama because it seems oriented towards too much angst which I can't stand. 😅 She seems to be un amazing actress so I can watch her other work no problem 😊

Which is why the original head god that Shanggu replaced, rebelled and became a devil just so he wouldn't have to sacrifice himself to stop the calamity.
I love this scene from the novel more than in the series. Just because the wrench can't do anything and really feared shang gu. N when shangu gu entered as a highest goddess. That was so good.
Wu Huan's own daughter is disrespectful to other. Yes that kid is also a brat, but Wu Huan shouldn't have slapped him. Two grown women manhandling a child. Oh wait her daughter is childish. That slap, yes that slap was so good
It is so sad to see how evil Wu Huan became while she was so kind, caring and a beloved person by everyone especially by Shangghu and I always thought she loved Shangghu too but it seems that she was only hungry for power… so sad

我覺得是妝容跟造型問題比較大，周冬雨本身皮膚很白又瘦小，再加上小眼睛，整個就不太有精神，所以她不可以穿白色衣服，應該要穿深色一點的，然後眼妝要加強，而不是整個幾乎裸妝。
張嘉倪本身也不是很美，看過她早期的作品就知道，她以前但凡眼妝太淡的造型都很路人，所以她也是靠眼妝撐起氣勢的，延禧那個順妃眼妝就很濃，所以氣勢還是要有眼妝加強
