Jeff is the kind of naive, clueless meathead that Taika Waititi characterized Thor as in Ragnarok. If the Masters of the Universe reboot is a self-deprecating comedy, Galitzine will surely give a hilarious lead performance.
If the Masters of the Universe producers are aiming for a more serious and sincere take on the material, then Galitzine’s work in the acclaimed 2024 romantic drama The Idea of You proves he’d be perfect for that, too. Famously based on Harry Styles fan fiction, The Idea of You revolves around a middle-aged woman who faces intense media scrutiny when she starts dating a twentysomething pop idol, played by Galitzine. Despite its cheesy premise, The Idea of You takes its love story seriously.

Nic is a hard-working and versatile actor. He's able to be quite convincing in any role he takes on. That's always better than just casting a body builder to act in such roles. While some with those magnificent bodies have proven they can act, most fail to impress audiences, Nic has consistently proven he can be convincing in any role. Good choice.
